Which web browser is best supported by your site?

How do I watch the weekly video?
Click on the play button under the Weekly Video tab, you will then be redirected to the Video Lessons page with weekly video displayed on the right of your screen. Click on the play button in the center of the video window.
How do I listen to the weekly audio?
Click on the Weekly Audio tab. Then click the play button under that tab. You will then be redirected to the Audio Lessons page with the weekly audio displayed. Click on the play button below the book title on the right side of your sceen.
How do I listen to the daily podcast?
Click on the Daily Podcast tab. Then click the play button under that tab. You will then be redirected to the Daily Podcasts page. Click on the play button below the podcast title on the right side of your sceen.
How do I sign up for a Free 30-day Trial?
Click on the Sign Me Up button below the FREE 30-Day Trial window. You then be redirected to the membership options page. Click on the FREE button in the 30-Day Trial Membership window.
What is Facebook and Twitter?
Facebook and Twitter are an online community of people who share photos, videos, and chat with one another. As a member of Facebook and/or Twitter you will be able to stay in close touch with Dr. Ceasy and the rest of the students of the Logos Global classroom.
How do I sign up for Facebook or Twitter?
Click on either the Twitter or Facebook icon at the bottom right of your screen. This will redirect you to Dr. Creasy's personal page. To create a new account in Twitter just click the green Join Now button, in Facebook click on the green Sign Up button.
Podcasting
What is a podcast?
Podcasting makes an audio file, typically an MP3 file, available online for downloading via an automatic "feed." By subscribing to podcasting, you can then hear the podcast whenever you want from your computer or a portable media player. You can also listen to the current and archived podcasts on the logosbiblestudy.org website by visiting the Audio Podcast page in the Bible Study Resources section.
The first thing you need is podcast subscription software. Your options include the latest version of Apple's iTunes (which has the software built in), or other services such as Odeo or iPodder, to manage your podcast subscriptions. At this point, you will already be able to listen to podcast audio from your computer (provided your computer has a sound card and can play MP3 audio files). If you want to make your podcasts portable, you will need to transfer them from your computer to a portable media device.
How do I subscribe or listen to the Daily Podcast?
You can listen to daily podcasts by simply clicking on a lecture name found within any listed book title. Once clicked, the podcast will be loaded and then simply click the play button located in the right window. You can also subscribe to the Daily Podcast by clicking on SUBSCRIBE.
Can I subscribe to the Daily Podcast without being a member?
Yes. Podcasts are always free.
Do I need an iPod/ iTunes to listen to audio lecures and podcasts?
No. All of the lectures will play right from our site.
Will the podcast automatically play in iTunes?
No. You must first subscribe to the daily podcast before it will play in iTunes.
Audio Bible
How do I listen to audio lectures?
Click on any book name to display a list of lectures contained within that book. Click the lecture you want to hear. Once loaded, simply click the play button located in the right window.
How do I download audio lectures?
You must first be logged in as a Silver or Gold member. Once the lecture that you want to listen to is loaded, simply click on the Download MP3 link. If you are a MAC user, hold the cntrl key and click the mouse once. Then select "Save Link As" or "Download Linked File"
How do I view/listen to lectures in the New Testament and Special Topics section?
Simply click on the New Testament or Special Topics Tab.
Video Bible
How do I watch video?
Click on the name of the video that you want to watch. Once loaded, a picture will be displayed with a play button in the center. Simply click the play button.
How I do watch video in full screen?
Simply click on the square icon just right of the videos time.
Login
When I log in to my account and then go to view / listen to resources I am unable to access the content. Why is this happening?
The main thing you want to do is to Clear Cache and Cookies for your web browser, it is also recommended that you Enable JavaScripting.
To clear Cache and Cookies, follow these steps pertaining to your web brower:
Internet Explorer users - At the top, click on Tools/Internet Options - select both the Delete Cookies button and Delete Files button, when the window pops up for Delete Files make sure the Delete all offline content box is checked
Firefox users - At the top, click on Tools/Clear Recent History or Clear Private Data - on the Time range to clear drop down select Everything and then make sure the Cookies and Cache boxes are checked - then click Clear Now
Safari users - First clear Cache by clicking on "Safari" at the top and select empty cache, to clear Cookies select Safari/Preferences - then select the Security tab - click on Show Cookies and select Remove All
Completely close your web browser and restart it after you have cleared Cache and Cookies.
To enable JavaScripting:
Internet Explorer users - At the top, click on Tools/Internet Options/Security - select custom level - scroll towards the bottom and in the "Scripting of Java applelets" section make sure "Active Scripting" is enabled
Firefox users on a PC - At the top, click on Tools/Options - select the Content icon and make sure "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" is checked
Firefox users on a MAC- At the top, click on Firefox/Preferences - select the Content icon and make sure "Enable JavaScript" is checked
Safari users - At the top, click on Safari/Preferences - select the Security icon and make sure the "Enable JavaScript" is checked
It is also suggested that you upgrade to the latest version of Web Browser that you are using, but not mandatory.

Why do I have to log in?
You will need to log in to have access to all the great stuff on our site! Only members who are logged in have access.
What if I forgot my username?
On the login page, click "Forgot your Passsword" and type in your email address. Check your email and click the link within, allowing a one-time login showing your username. You must then change your password to re-login.

Do you want my credit card number if I am signing up as a Free Member?
No.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Go to your account profile page and simply click on Cancel Membership.
Will Logos contact me when my membership is about to expire?
No. Your membership will renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to renew, simply contact us to end it.
Can I purchase a membership for a friend?
Absolutely. You will just need to have their name and email address.
Will the Logos Site remember my login info everytime I visit?
Yes. Before logging in just click in the little box below your user name and password that say's "Remember my password?"
Fellowship Forum
What is the Fellowship Forum?
The fellowship forum is where you can go to post your stories, facts, and ideas. These postings will be availble to all Logos Bible Study students to read and comment on. The forum is also a great place to connect with Dr. Creasy.
How can I read the forum topic posts?
Simply click on the topic name of the post that you want to read.
How can I read the forum replies?
Simply click on the topic name of the post that you want to read the replies from. You must be logged in to view replies.
How do I post a reply to a topic on the forum?
You will first need to be logged in. After you click on a topic that you would like to reply to, you will see a "reply" button. Click this button and a body will appear where you can input your text. Once finished click "Save."
How do I post a new topic on the forum?
You will first need to be logged in. On the Fellowship Forum page, you will see a button that says "Post." Click the button and start inputting your text into the body. Once finished click "Save."
Can I delete posts that I make in the forum?
You will first need to logged in. Go to the post that you want to delete and click on the "delete" button.
Can I post pictures in the forum?
Yes, but you will need to know some basic HTML editing.
What does "Mark All Topics Read" mean?
This means that all posts in the forum will be colored in blue, indicating that you have already read those topics.
Travel
How can I play the travel videos?
On the Bible Travel page, click the small picture next to the trip video you're interested in. That video will then play in the larger screen on the right.
How can I book travel?
From the Bible Travel page, select the trip you'd like to learn more about and click "Learn More" at the bottom of the description. You'll be redirected to our travel parter, Executours, where you can view full itineraries and book travel.
Calendar
How do I import the Logos Calendar into my computer?
Click on the small icon on at the bottom right of the calendar web page. You will be promted to open an ICS file which shold be opened or imported into the calendar program on your computer.

Is the Logos site secured?
Yes. Our site is secured by Verisign for secure credit card and other monetary transactions and backed by the Better Business Bureau.
